Account deletion

You can request complete deletion of your PicPaul account and associated data (pictograms, photos, recordings, history).
From the app (recommended)
- Open PicPaul and sign in with the caregiver account.
- Go to Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm deletion. PicPaul erases Convex data, clears the local cache, then closes the Clerk account.
Without reinstalling the app
From the PicPaul web portal: sign in, open Access (account), then follow the Delete section.
Or email martinjulien+picpaul@outlook.com from the address linked to the account, with the subject “PicPaul account deletion”.
Include the user first name used in the app if you know it, to speed up verification.
We will confirm deletion after verifying account ownership.
